Speakers: KRK Rokit 6 and 10s Sub

KRK speakers are well known in the home studio realm, between their good audio quality and reasonable price. A distinctive black and bright yellow color scheme helps too.

I would describe the Rokit 6's sound as low-mid heavy, subtly scooped in the midrange, and a little bit "chewy" in high frequencies. They're a good pair of all-rounders, especially with a subwoofer attached, and are hardly fatiguing on the ear. Conversely, their somewhat inaccurate high frequencies and scooped profile may leave some people unimpressed. They're also noticeably quieter than both of our other pairs of speakers, necessitating level compensation at the monitor controller for more-or-less equal volumes between them.
